When the grid goes down, your home stays on.

“The storm took our power out for two days and we were sitting in the dark. The whole job was sorted in one visit — generator, changeover switch, tested in front of us before he left.”

“Ordered online and got a call back the same afternoon to confirm a date. The electrician turned up exactly when he said he would and explained everything before he started.”

“I wasn't sure what size I needed so I left a message on the custom requirements form. They rang, asked a few questions and recommended something smaller than I was going to buy — saved me money.”

“We only needed the changeover switch as we already owned a generator. Straightforward job, the board looks neat and tidy and the certificate came through afterwards.”

“They quoted a price and that's what I paid, nothing tacked on at the end. The generator has fired first time every single time so far.”

“Delivery and installation were arranged for the same day, which saved me taking another day off work. Everything labelled properly and the area left clean.”

“Really good with the paperwork. I had questions about what was needed for our board and they just handled it. The switch is simple enough that my elderly mother can use it herself.”

“Second winter with it and it hasn't let us down once. Ran the kettle, fridge and lights for most of the day on one tank.”

“I compared three places and these were the only ones who actually explained the difference between running watts and starting watts instead of just pointing at a price.”

“Friendly, quick and tidy. Fitted in exactly the slot they gave me and phoned ahead when they were running late, which I appreciated.”
